We offer shipping discounts through reputable carriers. For shipments under 150 pounds, we use FedEx for doorstep delivery. For larger shipments, we use LTL freight carriers, with options for residential delivery, lift gate service, inside delivery, limited access delivery, and arrival/delivery notification. Please inspect your shipment upon delivery and report any issues to us immediately.

Shipping includes basic insurance, with the option for additional coverage at the customer’s request and expense. We use third-party carriers and is not liable for delays caused by factors like weather, strikes, or other conditions beyond its control. Any shipping damage must be handled according to the carrier’s policies, and the customer is responsible for following their process to file claims.

Customers can cancel their order by providing written notice to Magic Jump Inflatables within 48 hours of the Effective Date. In this case, the only charge will be applicable credit card fees. However, if cancellation occurs after 48 hours, Magic Jump Inflatables may, at its discretion, retain the deposit if production has started, materials have been ordered, or the product has been reserved, resulting in a loss of potential business.

All the inflatables come with a Blower, Tarp, and Repair Kit. Stakes or sand bags for anchoring are not included and must be ordered separately.

All of our inflatables are crafted from commercial-grade PVC vinyl. Each product is 100% lead-free, heavy-duty, and fire retardant.

Yes, safety is our top priority. All of our inflatables are ASTM compliant, meeting the safety standards set for inflatable products. They are also 100% lead-free, made from fire-retardant, high-quality commercial-grade vinyl, providing a safe environment for all users.

For any product purchased from Magic Jump Inflatables and returned for reasons unrelated to a warranty claim, there is a restocking fee of 25% of the price of the product(s). The customer will be responsible for charges for the shipping of the product(s) returned to us. The product(s) must be in an unused condition when returned.

Yes! Magic Jump Inflatables offers a 1-year limited warranty on inflatables from the date of receipt, with the following exceptions:

Indoor Use: All inflatables used in indoor centers are covered for 1 year from the date of receipt.
Water Ride Inflatables: Inflatables intended to be used with water (water ride inflatables) are covered for 1 year from the date of receipt.
Additional warranty details:

Parts & Accessories: 45-day warranty (e.g., slide linings, climber linings, etc.)
Blowers: 1-year warranty through the blower manufacturer. Claims for defects must be directed to the blower manufacturer.
LED Furniture: Limited Warranty (90 days) from the date of receipt. This covers parts such as remote controls, charging cables, and LED bulbs. The warranty does not cover the plastic casing.
Custom Products & Digital Printed Graphics: No warranty unless otherwise noted on the invoice.
Please note that the warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper handling, or repairs by unauthorized agencies. Ordinary wear and tear, improper storage, or failure to use proper anchoring equipment may also void the warranty.
